On Tuesday, April 30, 2024, the Handover of Shinhan Bank Indonesia Scholarship to outstanding students of the Korean Language and Culture Study Program Faculty of Humanities UGM was held. This scholarship grant ceremony was attended by all lecturers and students of the class of 2023 of the Korean Language and Culture Study Program. The opening of the event began with a Buchaechum performance, and continued with an opening speech by Suray Agung Nugroho, S.S., M.A., Ph.D. and Head of Bank Shinhan Yogyakarta Branch, namely Mr Mirza Himawan. Then, the event continued with calling the names of students from the Korean Language and Culture Study Program, who received scholarships. The following are the names of students who received the scholarship.

The event continued with handing over a commemorative plaque from Shinhan Bank Indonesia to the UGM Korean Language and Culture Study Program and take a group photo. In addition, this event was the start of cooperation between Shinhan Bank Indonesia and the Korean Language and Culture Study Program.
