Press Release: Korindo Foundation Scholarship Award 2022/2023

November 22, 2022 – UGM Korean Language and Culture Study Program and Korindo Foundation held the Korindo Foundation Scholarship Awarding Event for Higher Education for the period 2022/2023.

This event was held through the Zoom platform. The event was opened by Mr. Seo Jeongsuk as the Secretary General of Korindo Foundation and Mr. Setiadi as the Dean of the Faculty of Cultural Sciences UGM at 14:00 WIB.

Here are the names of the students who received the scholarships:

  1. Sherina Azmi Ahmad
  2. Azelsya Attabi Rajabsa
  3. Ida Ayu Nastiti
  4. Salma Kalisha Hapsari
  5. Az Zahra Ahsana Amala

In addition to the names of the students who received scholarships, these students had the opportunity to share their impressions during the Zoom session,

“I will use this scholarship money to pay for UKT next semester!” –
Sherina

“I didn’t expect to get a scholarship. I will use this scholarship for my college needs.” -Salma

“Getting a scholarship has been my dream since I entered this university, so getting a scholarship now allows me to realize my dream.” -Ida Ayu

“I will use this scholarship to pay UKT next semester and for other lecture needs.” -Azelsya

“During my studies, I did not expect to get a scholarship like this, so I am very grateful for the opportunity to get this scholarship.” -Az Zahra

The event was concluded with a group photo. With this event, UGM Korean Language and Culture Study Program hopes to have a good cooperation with Korindo Foundation in the future.
