2026 Spring Semester GKS Non-degree One semester Program
The selection committee will thoroughly review your application documents to choose the most qualified candidate(s) for the GKS one-semester exchange scholarship at our partner university.
Qualification Criteria for Scholarship Recipients:
- Undergraduate students from partner university who are currently enrolled and have completed at least two semesters
- Students who are not currently studying in Korea
- Students with an “overall” percentage score of at least 80% or higher
- Students who are applying for undergraduate academic program as exchange students
- Students who have not previously received scholarship from the Korean government
- Individuals with dual nationality, including Korean nationality, are not eligible to apply.
- A student cannot submit the applications for this scholarship to two universities at the same time
Details of the scholarship:
Academic Incentive Fund (KRW 630,000 per month) and round-trip airfare (Airfare is provided only for travel originating and ending in the country of origin where the home university is located). The return airfare is only provided only if the student returns within 30 days after the conclusion of study.
Documents required for scholarship candidate applicants:
The application form must be written in Korean or English by the applicants with a signature. All required items, such as scholarship history and dual citizenship status, must be included without omission

3) Certificate of Enrollment
4) Academic transcripts (Overall percentage score should be 80% or higher)
Transcripts for all semesters during undergraduate enrollment.
(Grade point average should be stated on a 4.0, 4.3, 4.5, 5.0 GPA scale or a percentile.)
Documents not in English or Korean require a certified notary translation into English.
Note: If it is difficult to calculate the CGPA or percentage score due to different grading system, please submit an official letter with your percentage score from your home university.
5) Copy of Passport or Family registry that could verify your nationality

6) Certified Language Proficiency Test Score (if applicable)

- All applicants are requested to upload their complete documents to the designated Google Drive folder and create a personal subfolder labeled with full name.
