Press Start! Recruiting of Korea.net’s 2025 Honorary Reporters

The Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism is recruiting the 2025 class of Korea.net Honorary Reporters to globally promote Korea.
Grab this opportunity to grow closer to Korean culture and share your experiences with the world.

1. Eligibility:

■ Foreign nationals who love Korea regardless of country of residence

■ Honorary Reporters: able to write articles in one of 10 languages: English, Spanish, Arabic, Russian, French, Vietnamese, Japanese, Chinese, German and Indonesian

■ Those active on social media platforms such as YouTube, Facebook and Instagram

2. Activity period and tasks:

■ April 30 until start of next recruitment

■ Introduce Korean culture and Korean-related issues in diverse fields via articles

■ Participate in on- or offline programs of Korean public agencies or cooperate with organizations, cover and produce articles about them

■ Join programs like assigned missions, workshops and opportunities in collaboration with professional media

※ Successful applicants will receive more information.

3. Benefits:

■ Small honorarium for outstanding performers (requires Paypal account)

■ Opportunity to join programs on Korean culture

■ Access to article writing workshops and networking events

■ Certificates of appointment and completion from Korean government

4. Recruitment period:

■ March 28 – April 13 (Korea Standard Time)

■ Announcement of results sent via email on April 18 (reply deadline of April 20)
