Korean Language Interpreter/Translator – Global Saemaul Indonesia Foundation

Job Responsibilities:

  • Perform administrative tasks including translation of documents related to activity and financial reports.

  • Serve as an interpreter during meetings, invitations, or other official events.

  • Handle administrative duties related to correspondence, invitations, and processing stay permits for Saemaul Volunteer Team members from South Korea.

  • Prepare and organize training, seminars, and other program-related events.

  • Conduct coordination meetings with stakeholders.

Requirements:

  • Proficient in translating from Korean to Indonesian and vice versa.

  • Minimum TOPIK score of level 5.

  • Able to operate Microsoft Office and Hancom Office.

  • Minimum education level: Associate Degree (D3).

  • Interested in community empowerment activities.

  • Willing to be placed at one of YGSI’s work locations:

    • Saemaul Model Villages: Kapanewon Nanggulan, Kulon Progo Regency and Desa Wantilan, Subang Regency.

    • YGSI Head Office: 2nd Floor, Pusgiwa Building, Atma Jaya University Campus 3,
      Jl. Babarsari No.43, Janti, Caturtunggal, Depok District, Sleman Regency, Yogyakarta Special Region 55281.
